mostly you have to close the Firefox browser then restart it, but you will surprise at a phrase will be exit ,says that the browser doesn’t work and it can’t open another page
(Firefox is already running , but is not responding . to open a new window ,you must first close the existing Firefox process ,or restart your system
it is really annoying thing but don’t be mad and follow this steps
open alt asks manager
you can open altasks manager’s screen by clicking on
control+alt+del
when altasks manager’s screen appears
go to the word
“processes”
you will find at the top trip of altasks manager.
then your computer will start many operations
go to every process belong to Firefox and cancel it by marking it then click
“End processes”
a warning message will appear
the message is warning you that all the last processes and sessions will be canceled don’t worry ,click OK on it
repeat this operation several times
the Firefox may be doing many processes so continue repeating what we have just said.
